HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Contact me to schedule a consultation or an appointment. You can contact me by email, phone, or text at Speckien.Counseling@gmail.com or 715-933-0036. I take all of my own calls and respond to all of my own emails and text messages to protect your confidentiality.

Since I take all of my own calls, it works best if you contact me initially by email or text. I try my best to return all contacts within 1 business day. 

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

To be honest, it is different for everyone! I will be up front and honest with you about my suggested frequency and we will work collaboratively to ensure you are getting what you need. There is always a possibility that I am not the right fit for you and that's OK! I am happy to make referrals to other professionals throughout our community should you need it.

HOW MUCH WILL SERVICES COST?

Currently, the rate for individual services is $100-$135/session. I do offer a sliding fee scale. Please reach out to discuss in more detail.

Each session is 45-55 minutes in length.​

I am a contracted provider with some Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), including:

  • REALiving

  • Advocate Health Partners

  • Acentra Health (formerly Kepro) 

  • ERC 

  • AllOne Health

EAPs will often cover a set number of sessions. Check with your employer to see if you have an EAP benefit available to you!

I am in-network with the following insurances:

  • Anthem/BlueCross BlueShield/Carelon

  • Badgercare (only certain HMOs)

  • Cigna

  • Medica

  • MultiPlan Network

  • Optum Network

  • Security Health Plan

  • SolarteHealth AMPLIFY Network

  • The Alliance

I am also happy to try and bill as an out of network provider with some other insurances, depending upon coverage.​
